3 Natural Ways To Remove Pet Urine From Carpets.
After you have spotted the pet urine stains with an ultraviolet light, there are many products out there to clean carpets, many different chemicals that do a good job at that. But, are you looking for natural ways for removing pet urine stains from carpets, rugs and fabrics instead of using those chemicals so you can help transforming your home in a healthier environment?
Americans' Preferred, always looking for ways and solutions which will bring the best benefits to our Customers, wants to spread the healthy home environment concept by simple suggestions to complement our pet urine detector in the process of revealing and removing the pet urine stains.
By minimizing the chemicals used at home, we will create a healthier environment for our family and our pets.
There are three recommended ways of removing the urine stains and odors from pets over carpets: Vinegar-Baking Soda Spray, Hydrogen-peroxide/baking soda mixture, and Citrus-enzyme cleaner. In these three cases, we can prepare them at home with natural products.
The Vinegar-Baking Soda Spray is prepared by mixing 2 cups of white distilled vinegar, 2 cups of lukewarm water and 4 tablespoons of baking soda. The mix must be sprayed over the stains, letting the foam eat the urine during five minutes. After that, blot and dry gently with a soft cloth.
For Hydrogen-peroxide/baking soda mixture it will be needed a cup of baking soda, 1/2 a cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide and a teaspoon of eco-friendly dish liquid. Spray and rub with a cloth and let it ‘work’ for 15 minutes. Then, vacuum.
For Citrus-enzyme cleaner, it will be needed seven tablespoons of brown sugar, one and a half cups of lemon peels and one liter of water. All this mix needs to be kept in a bottle for three months (allowing the gasses to escape) and the same procedure as above can be followed.
“With these simple solutions”, John Mallonee, Americans' Preferred Operations Director said, “we expect to contribute to our Customers’ best and healthy comfort”.
